Gospel Rap Music Artist – Joe “Mack” McElroy performing 3/23 at The Freedom House in Freeport

joe-mack-twitterJoe “Mack,” McElroy has one unique story and an age-old message.  Joe, formerly known as “Detective Joseph McElroy,” spent about a decade in Law Enforcement before finding himself terribly addicted to Narcotics.

Joe’s addiction led him to stealing from the very Police Department he worked for, which in-turn led him to prison.    While in prison, Joe was touched, and fully surrendered to the redeeming power of Jesus Christ.

Since then, Joe has dedicated his life to serving his Lord, his family, and his community.  Today, Joe ministers through Gospel Rap Music and serves at the Freedom House Church, where he hosts “Uprise Sunday Nights,” among other things.

It is Joe’s mission in life to take the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the men and women who need it most. Website:  www.JoeMack.bandcamp.com

Thursday 3/23 Worship music by Mirror Mosiac at CT Houston Church

Mirror Mosaic black with white backgroundMirror Mosaic – composed of Gaylon Franks (vocals/guitar/synth), Riley Waldrip (vocals/bass/keys), and Jacob Infante (percussion) – is an Alternative Hard Rock band based in the outskirts of Houston, TX. The name Mirror Mosaic refers to what each of us is: broken reflections of the world within and without, pieced together to create a unique work of art; the music they write correlates with this theme of displaying something real and broken, yet justified.

With a wide array of influences – Coldplay, For Today, Demon Hunter, August Burns Red, John Mark McMillan, Thrice, Daft Punk, Mastodon, deadmau5, and Hurt (to name a few) – and a total of 48 years of musical experience between them, they are currently working towards releasing a demo and their first full-length album within the year 2017.

Music Artist Anthony Anderson aka DA BISHOP 3/24 (evening) CT Houston Church

DA BISHOP has been in ministry for 26 years and has been a recording artist for 10 years.  He heard the “call” at the age of 12 when the Lord told him he was going to preach, now he is the Pastor of “Bridge of Life Ministries” which is now one year strong, and growing.

One of DA Bishop’s passions is our youth of today.  Through music him and his team ministers to the youth on a level that they can reach them.

Each year they put on one of the BIGGEST outreaches where they give out backpack’s and school supplies.  Pastor DA Bishop loves what he is doing, and he is going to keep on pushing through!
